I was really just kidding around, but you're right, all the same. It's worth Jack Squat; most we'd get is a jeer or a dare, something trivial at best.

Of course, why exactly would we have to say we got it from the e-mails? We could say we were file-digging on the CRT when we first started, not really knowing who was who, and our little keyword-finder hooked onto a file with his real name on it. Point is: we could fabricate if we had to.

But, since Point 1 is true, this entire post is therefore moot.

Oh yes, by the way ---- Caine's blog DOES have an RSS fFeed to it.

http://www.theoozezone.com/index.xml

It is not advertised on the site explicitly anywhere. But it exists. The name of the fFeed is not especially useful: "First Weblog"

Looking at the guitar, I don't think it's strung left handed. I think it's just upside down Razz

That's an idea but it's a mish mash of notes to be honest so hard to tell from just those - very non-standard. If it helps, it's definitely pictured the correct way around for a right hander. The make of guitar is an Ibanez I'm almost sure, but I'm having trouble tracking down the exact model as it's not current. They tend to be used by the harder/heavier side of rock so it fits the genre of music that the Ooze boys appear to be playing.

The thicker strings are above the thinner ones which is right for a right handed guitar. I'd say its a right handed guitar with strange tuning

Or, of course, somebody playing a chord?

I'm filing the guitar as a banana for the moment. I think it's just a nice bit of decoration to the site and that only.

I found this yesterday as well, the name was a bit annoying but I could rename it on mine, you can use atom.xml for the atom feed and also whatever is used for an rss 1 feed on other sites instead of index.xml for the rss 1 feed.

Yeah, I found it, too, by guessing what the URL would be. It was the first thing I did after I read his journal. Second thing I did was created a LiveJournal syndicated account for it, so if there's any LJers about that want to watch it from their friends page, now you can.

Has anyone else noticed you can click on the bottom of the O's in "Ooze" to start the oozing going? The oozing happens even if you don't click, but it definitely responds to a click. So far, I haven't found any other places to click, though my mouse cursor does go crazy flashing back and forth between the pointer and the hand when I mouse over the Ooze logo.
