 		Has anyone received a response from emailing him yet? I know people have tried. I emailed him a little while ago but havent gotten a response. I wrote ingame asking about his time in iraq.

 		I'd emailed him towards the beginning of the game...I think after the second podcast? Not sure. Anyway, never heard back from him.

I just emailed him saying that the podcast was great and that he should see if someone could hack the phone records to see where the threatening phone call came from.

I also asked him if the podcasts were in chronological order and mentioned that the latest one seemed to be a podcast from a show that aired before the shark pictures showed up on his website.

We'll see how or if he responds.

I just assume it's amtter of manpower. They only have so many people working on this.

Secondly, it seems to me that this is an older podcast. Not that it was always available, just that we are getting it now.

When we first got the DJDAN site some weeks ago, it had the Conspiraspy page there, nothing seems to have changed on there.

Now we get this podcast, that has what appears to be the caller who sent in those very pictures.


Are we forgetting that this is an ARG? I think darksidez was staying "in character", not looking at it from an "outside" perspective. Meaning, not applying outside game knowledge (i.e. that this is fictional) to their statements.

That's why I emailed him "in-game" making it sound like I'm a fan who wants to make sure he's got the podcast timeline right.

 		For whatever reason, the "goon" on this podcast sounded strangely like Jack from the show. Jack affecting a slight accent and nasality, but Jack nonetheless.

 		OK, I have a question: you know the license plate number started to be quoted by the threatening caller? Starts something like D something 9... now, that automatically reminded me of the numers on LYCGY... on the actual compass when you hover over 108. Now, is it possible for that series of characters to appear on a license plate? I'm from the UK, so I don't know how US plates work.

We have vanity plates where you can pretty much put anything you want on a license plate... within reason. And I think most states have like a 7 character limit or something like that.

But here in the US, license plates are usually some combination of letters and numbers.

I hope that answers your question.

I emailed after the first cast. I kept everything in game, asked about Hanso and Persephone, etc. I never heard anything back either.

 		I opted to put this here rather than start a new topic, because it really doesn't bear much on the ARG (at least, I don't think it does).

In the 6/1 podcast, DJ Dan claims to be driving around in his Jeep Compass...
I called a Jeep dealer... the Compass has not been released as a consumer product yet. No one can buy them until later this year. It is impossible for Danno to have a car that isn't being sold yet...

Therefore, either:
1.) He is lying...
2.) The PM's or writers or whatever are using ARGtistic license and "pretending" that the Compass is available...
OR,
3.) They just goofed and are hoping that no one is really paying too close attention to minor details like this...

Wanna weigh in?

I'd go with 3.

Judging by some of the other goofs they've had. (i.e. the plane crashed on the same day the first show aired.)

Or, as i said last week;
4) He's a Hanso employee, or ex Hanso employee.

The reason I say this could be farfetched - but a reason all the same. Someone ordered some Jeep Compasses, we saw the invoice - maybe it was for employees to keep them quiet? Or just some sort of gift. I don't know. But that would explain why Dan has one before a consumer release. And if the threatening call was by someone from Hanso, that could also explain why they knew the license plate

But sadly, thinking realistically, it's probably 3 *sigh*

 		[Spec] DJ Dan's Sharks
The sharks in the photos can't the shark that played with Sawyer and Michael. That shark was a Great White and at least 20 feet long, given that it was longer than what they were floating on. The sharks in the photos are something like Reef Sharks, no more than 6 feet long.

Also the woman standing next to DJ Dan in the photo looks exactly like the woman that was moving behind Hugh McIntire on his Jimmy Kimmel interview. I think that DJ Dan has always worked for Hanso, his conspiracy stuff is just a smoke screen.
