it seems legit....i remember when someone found abc was hiring actors for the experience and if i remember rightly one of the characters names was rachel blake...catch the alias nod as well? how and where was this found....like the exact page because the video is just a pop-up...

People over at Inside the Experience also found this video, and all of their comments were deleted by Speaker, which leads me to think that Monster.com wasn't supposed to release the video yet.

Well, it remains to be seen what the PMs will do, how they'll swing this to their favour. Will they reorganize their reveals, or will they just fake it out and act all surprised when the proper time comes?

Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing more of Rachel. Yowza. Smile

Truthfully, though, it seems like this video was Stage 2 of the game, which seems to be beginning right about now. It's a total recap for everyone who may be joining the game late, and setting up what will happen. I'm guessing this was supposed to be released early next week, when Rachel would have had a chance to go "Oh hey, Hanso shut down their site," and actually, I dunno, blog and fly to Denmark.

Either way, they could likely manage to work it in without, I dunno, pretending it didn't exist. I think Speaker (hey Speaker!) lost some cred with that, yes?

Also, maybe it was my bad connection (I usually don't get good streaming quicktime) but that Rachel vid jumped around a lot. For example, after her phone rang it cut to black, then quickly cut to her with her head on one hand, and then she's talking normally in her original position, like nothing happened. Did everyone else see that or is it just me?

edit: hadn't done the latest update, so thf was there...for me.

I think she's probably quoting Persephone because she's meant to be someone who has been following the Lost Experience, just like us. After discovering that the Hanso site was no longer accessible to her, it seems she took matters into her own hands and went to Denmark.

I thought she was Persephone, mostly because I noticed the same 'music' that plays during her hacks, going on at some points during the video.

Also damn, she was bloody hot.

Towards the beginning of the video she says, "Thanks to the help of Persephone..." so that implies she's not her. Of course it's still a possibility, but my personal opinion is that she's just a a regular girl taking things into her own hands - or possibly someone from Verizon (ROT).

I don't think it will be towards the end of the game until Persephone's real identity will be shown, and I sure hope it's surprising.
