Cool. This is a whole new podcast.

There's actually a bunch of spots on that DJ Dan page that you can click on to go to the SUBLYMONAL page.

What did Tom say at the end there to get the "Conspiraspy of the month award"? He mumbles it below his breath, but DJ Dan loves the notion, only even when I turn my volume all the way up I still can't hear what he said.

BTW, the black screen on the SUBLYMONAL page when you're listening to the podcast is also rather wierd...

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
If you click on the screen and hit the tab button you'll see it move between three spots. The first big spot will replay the podcast. The second big spot just throws out short, occasional bursts of static, and the third plays some annoying loud sound over and over as Dan talks. What's that all about?

Guesses might be that the static bursts are actually morse code, although I have no guesses for the annoying loud sound but if you click on it again it takes you to those same static bursts. Also, when you're listening to the static there's another spot you can tab to or click on with the mouse like a link, but it doesn't do anything.

BTW, at the end of the podcast Dan says "BRB," which of course is "Be Right Back." So is he about to continue with the podcast?

Gus, with regards to your spoiler... In Flash files, the programmers leave anchors inplace that are universal. Those things you are refering to are similar to the little box on THF that moves the lights. Those positions correspond to the 3 "TV"s on the page after you put in a valid code word.

Hope that explains it to you.

I believe he has said similar things at the end of other podcasts. I'd assume it just means he's going to a "commerical break". From what I gather, when we hear the podcast they are just segments of a longer "talk radio" type show.

Ok, that makes sense going back to the initial page after entering the codeword(s). The three TVs actually do the same things that I describe if you just listen to the audio. What's that third TV about though that you have to scroll over to?

Ok, so I figured out how to up the volume even more and figured it out...

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
When Tom brought up using the autistic savants to do complex calculations without a data trail, Dan explains that the problem is you don't really know what they're capable of. So Tom says...

"So you subject them to propietory memory tests."

And for that Tom from Orlando is awarded "Conspiraspy of the Month."

Dudes, stop using spoiler tags on this info. We only spoiler (a) future TV episodes for people who haven't seem them, and (b) solutions to puzzles. Any other information which is freely given within the game is something we will all see and hear. If the topic specifies that there is a new update, people can choose to go seek it ouf for themselves and avoid the topic if they don't want to be "spoiled", but the posts within the thread are NOT spoilers!

Additionally, if you MUST use a spoiler tag, please explain WHY you are hiding the info, and do so *outside* of the tag in plain text. So far, I have had to read every spoiler here to know what is going on, which makes them pointless. Frankly, none of this is a puzzle, we all want to know what's in these updates, and it's just silly to hide any of it.

Thank you.

So all the people that actually made it through 48 levels of the Simon game can do nuclear fusion physics in their heads?

They seem to have changed it for some reason, and taken away the word "hello" on the podcast page. I guess they assume that everyone reads the boards, and they don't need the hint any more.

Yeah, I didn't see the "hello", but "BigD" is in the fallout pic. I assume that is where they got that piece of info.

When you look at the page where you enter BigD and you enter something else, lemon headed people make sounds that translate into the letters. If you click on the right tv once you type in hello at the beginning, there is a sound that sounds like a combination of these sounds. Maybe we can use that to translate some sort of other password. I can figure out the first sounds are "B" and "E". Besides that, the third sound is a mystery to me.

But seriously, though, the sublymonal website is beyond god awful.

It is possible that you need to have a hard refresh of the flash file --
http://www.sublymonal.com/shell.swf -- you know, clear your cache and all that stuff.

Then, the procedure that worked for me from that point is:
hello (submit) ->
3 televisions, click on lemon-head on the left TV ->
BigD (submit) ->
podcast (which is inside the flash, hope we get a direct url to the .mp3 from some kind flash-decompiler soul)

Sounds to me like Tonya's repetitions are taped, not simply repeated. More evidence to support someone's theory that she's not actually there. Was Dan's "the inmates are running the asylum" self-referential?
