Cool stuff. I haven't even watched it yet so I'll probably have more to say, but this just caught my eye. When I first say the password "Evident Agenda" I thought it might be an anagram with it being such a short phrase. But a quick check revealed so many words that I figured, maybe not. I tried "gene" as a limiting word, but nothing popped out. Well, when I saw the word listed on the card like that it made me think it still might be an anagram. So I went back and tried "DNA" as a limiting word. There are many possibilities so it could easily be something else or may not be an anagram at all, but here's one rather interesting result...

"It even aged DNA."

I'm not quite sure why, but that image looks very interesting

Someone over at TLEC said it was a Nazi doctor and his "patient."

Nazi doctor? I don't know about that. You'd think that a Nazi doctor would be an aryan, but that doctor looks like he's darker skinned...possibly even Japanese. The "patient," on the other hand, does look like a possible holocaust victim, but before considering that possibility I thought he looked fake almost like an android or something. He doesn't appear to have any eyes.

Patiently waiting and taking a screencap, we get the following:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

orientation_testing_issue_1980

which leads to:

I don't see it, and I've waited quite a long time. There are no flashing letters and no video from what I could see. There is however an audio if you wait around. It's like the rumble of a train passing by with these three subtle beeps in the background ("BEEP beep beep") sounding over and over.

At any rate, at the end of the video we're given four questions (Who, Where, Why, and What). Are answering these questions the objective of this ARG? The questions are...

Who were they?
Where did they go?
Why didn't they return?
Whatever happened to the DHARMA Initiative?

These questions remain on the screen when the video concludes admist a similar faint rumble along with what sounds like a train's horn blowing over and over again.

I also found "NAVIGATED EDEN" which could be a term for finding the island, as it has to be very specifically navigated to.

"NEED GIVEN DATA" - which might not make much sense to be honest.

And my personal fav. "EVADED ANTIGEN" - Might be related to the "MISSING ORGANS" from one of the older site updates.

It looks kind of like Dr. Marvin Candle standing next to what appears to be a mannequin or a crash test dummy.

Blury guys in generic lab coats are not always Dr. Candle.

The guy in that pic is much heavier than Candle, rounder head, and a chin. So...not Candle.

And furthermore, with that hanging tag identification, he looks to be a modern-day doctor. Is that something that doctors from 30, 40 years ago would have? I think I agree with you on the Asian-like features of the doctor... and it's weird that he doesn't have any eyes or hair.

It may be that the video has already served it's purpose - giving us another source for the rachelblake.com password alongside persephone's. PMs often leave two clues for new puzzles, to double the chances of the players - us - understanding it and moving on.

Can anyone capture the site's audio and check it for these train sounds Gus heard? I've got an inkling that the beeps might be morse code.

I'm no expert by any means, but I had a go at it and can't find anything substantial.
At about the 2 minute mark a tone sounds and echoes slightly. Setting a high pass filter at about 1000Hz isolates it pretty well from the rest. It likely could be interpreted as a train sound, but I don't think it actually is.
At first I also heard the repeated low beeping, that sounded like a repeated pattern of two and a half low tones with the last half cut off by an even lower tone. I tried applying a couple of filters but couldn't isolate it. I doubt it was morse because of it's really short length, but I can't say fopr sure.
I did find a band-pass setting that seemed to find a regular beat with an emphasis on every 8th, but that was likely just picking up on the loop length of one component of the soundscape.

I watched the you tube video of this hack, since I have missed it when it was live, and as the video screens pop up i noticed... the sound that is playing...
(season finale 2x24)
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
sounds remarkably similar to the noise that we heard during the season finale what the sky turned bright white

I don't know if that has any significance or not, but I found it interesting.

(moderator adjusting what is inside the spoiler tag -- things that we all see and hear during The Lost Experience do not need to be hidden -- and adding info to warn people what is hidden so they can know whether or not it is safe for them to view it -- catherwood)

While I doubt it's of any particular significance, one of the repeated images (that I haven't seen among screen caps) is of a bare male torso- neck to waist- looks Caucasian.

Lots of images of swans, did anyone notice images corresponding to SEASON 2 SPOILER (episode 2x17)

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
the other stations of the initiative- pearl, staff, flame, etc.? Could some of these images be hinting at the identities of the unidentified stations?

(moderator deleting the double-post, and describing the spoiler better -- we're all watching season two, so you need to be more specific about episodes or where mid-season your info was revealed -- catherwood)

Here's an update on this relatively old thread. Team Lena has been doing some pretty cool reaserch and has come up with a link between this short In-Game film and a longer one that was thought to be an Out-Of-Game spoof. In turns out there's good evidence that both films were produced by the same person and the clearer images from both are available to view at Flicker.

Team Lena's page:

The short In-Game "Orientation" video:

The longer video thought to be a spoof:
