Feel free to trout me if this is old,
When i went to savejoop.com there is a sound that plays every now and then in the background. I cant make out what it is saying, anyone able to decipher it?

So, what is it saying?
http://www.savejoop.com/vmessage_1.swf is the file, i think. I hear radio interference. (If this is answered elsewhere, feel free to just post a link.)
