Haha, that one made me laugh. It was actually pretty funny.
Also, are they just trying to reference as much of Lost as they possibly can? That was way too much Lost reference!
They also play my favourite advert at the end.
"440 watt Boston acoustic stereo?
eeh-ooh-eeh-ooh-eeh-ooh
Tha's coooool "
Ha... I wish I wrote adverts

It doesn't sound like it. At the end of the Podcast he says tune in for another edition two weeks from now. Most likely the date just hasn't been added to the website yet. Buuut.. if the podcast two weeks from now is as helpful as this one, I wont hold my breath until then

maybe 2 weeks from now is the start of phase 3. I think each phase is 5-6 weeks so that would fit.

Perhaps DJ Dan will make an appearance on screen, a la Ms. Blake...I would rather follow DJ Dan (even though he is overblown and silly) than to continue with her as our guide but that's only one gal's opinion...

Two weeks from now (approximately) is the Comic-Con in San Diego, where Lost will appear:

Quote:
Lost returns once again to the Comic-Con stage in Ballroom 20 on Saturday, July 22 at 10:30AM in what just might be their biggest presentation to date.

Quote:
10:30-12:00 Lost: Season 3— You won't want to miss this panel with Jorge Garcia (Hugo "Hurley" Reyes) and Daniel Dae Kim (Jin-Soo Kwon) from the cast of ABC's hit show Lost as they are joined by co-creator/executive producer Damon Lindelof and executive producers Bryan Burk and Carlton Cuse to discuss the new season of Lost. They'll preview excerpts from the Lost Season 2 DVD box set, take questions from the audience, and perhaps even offer some surprises! Room 20
Perhaps DJ Dan plans to appear or comment afterwards.

I'd prefer it if they joined forces. What's making the Rachel Blake videos fail is the fact that Blake's expected to carry it alone. I'm not saying Jamie Silberhartz is incapable of carrying it alone, but even Tom Hanks dancing in front of a camera gets old, unless he's got someone (or something, like a volley ball per se) to talk to. Rachel needs someone other than us to talk to. If DJDan joined forces w/Rachel Blake that'd make for better brain candy. Any director would tell ya it makes better drama if you got two people talking to each other. Soliloquies went out of style with Queen Elizabeth's hair style.

ZachsMind2,
I just had to say that I loved your post.
I especially like the image it conjured up of Tom Hanks holding up a vollyball and saying to it, "Allas poor Willson, I knew him well, Horatio."

Two quirks with the DJ Dan podcast page :
1. There is no link in the Archive list to the July 5th podcast.
2. More interesting... there is no date given for when we can expect the next podcast.

10-JUNE -2006.
Isn't it July?
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
a google search for "10-June-2006 10:09" brings up "penthouse 10", which i've never heard of.Its a blog about "The National Association of Television Program Executives". I scrolled through it, and it seems like a bunch of garbage, but I noticed that all the posts have zero comments, despite the appearance of a popular blog... probably has nothing to do with anything though.

You have to write something in the ad to make the words "pyramids" appear then you ll be able to click on the pyramid at the bottom of the page.

One of the first calls on the show when ased "Where's Alvar Hanso," was a guy saying that he saw Alvar at Mr. Clucks. That brought up a memory, which has me wondering if the mere mentioning of this place is somehow a clue. As you may recall...
spoiler from early during season two
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Mr. Clucks is the chicken shack owned by the Widmore's that Hurley quit working for when he won the lottery.

I am aware of how to find the 7/05 podcast... my point is that every other podcast is in the list. It is unusual that, by now, they have not added a linked "7/05" item to the list, as done before.

All of the locations mentioned are references to places mentioned in Lost (see this list ).
