 		Renna The Oops! page remains unsolved. However over at the Scapegoat Forum a few forum members have posted some suggestions including this:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
"Oops!" may have something to do with Object Oriented Programming Systems.

optimal ordered blah blah seems like a warm trail. i remember reading about that when searching for seth lloyd at this website:
