I agree it's quite bizzare. Looking at the source, you can see the URL doesn't actually redirect to the proper site (www.mindcandydesign.com ) - instead, it displays the ".com" site in a frame, which means it can be given a different title.
Running a WHOIS on the domain shows that it isn't registered through the usual GoDaddy route that MC have used up until now. Googling Ian Hardwick doesn't show anything obviously related. So three main possibilities:
a) MC have tried to / are in the process of acquiring the address from him, and for some reason this current set-up has come about (eg: he won't sell the domain to them, but has agreed to display the site on the domain, but has forgot to remove his name from the title... or something)
b) It's a chap who, for reasons best known to himself, has bought the .co.uk domain and then charitably redirected it to the .com one, appending it with his name deliberately or accidentally
c) It's an evil domain stealing dude who's snapped it up and has some system in place that, before he can fill it with a nasty link portal, puts a redirect in place for a bit.
Other than that, no idea at all! The mystery deepens...
(EDIT: It hasn't been changed back for me, even after Ctrl + F5ing. You know this only applies to the .co.uk domain, right?)

O RLY?
(Disclaimer: Sorry, I've been waiting to use that all week. I am not condoning text speak, jargon, or excessive internet injokiness. But I saw the owl and it touched me, somehow, deep inside. I shall not sink to such terrifying lows in future.)

looks like Ian Hardwick registered these sites through http://www.123-reg.co.uk and used their free 'cloaking' redirect service to send them to the current sites.. this either auto pre-fills in the business name used when registering the domain, or he typed his name in the wrong box.. the html for the frames page was generated by the server..

I am now getting this redirect on perplexcity.co.uk:
Quote:
Perplexcity has moved
On the 10th October 2005, perplexcity moved to a new server on the internet.
Accessing the site immediately
You should be redirected immediately. If not, please click the following link.
http://www.perplexcity.com
Contact information
Please email support @ perplexcity.com with any other questions or problems
This screen shows very briefly before it redirects to the .com.
perplexcitysentinel.co.uk is still giving me Ian Hardwick in the title.
Because I was bored, I did a wiki search. There's a Lillian Hardwick who lives in Ascendancy Point , but no hits for an Ian Hardwick.

Answers on a postcard please I heard he's a red herring, but also that he's instrumental in solving one of the unsolved cards. Answers on a postcard please. Has this info been leaked?

Yes. If you re-arrange the letters of his name, starsign and inside leg measurement, whilst Mars is in the correct phase of alignment with Pluto, then you get the answer to Riemann. You heard it here first.
