The naming of those .GIFs is bugging me, though.

I wonder if those numbers are the number of times a particular location has hit the site? But I don't know if that's right because still, Chicago isn't showing up. If that theory was right, there should be one there.

Also, the dot's show up as sXX.gif, like s100.gif. I also noticed that the secure login area is named S53:A. My first thought was that if there's an S53 dot, it might match a place, but there's no 53 on your list.

Also, I noticed that the hidden string always begins with ES-12.

EDIT: And forgive me if someone has already said this above, but as i don't understand techno-language either, i may have missed this...but when i went to the deployment log page, three of the logs were a shade different color than the other logs.

Well guys.. I can safely say those dots in deployment tracker aren't changing. At least not in the past day.

I took an image using Print Screen last night and comparing it to right now..., theres been no change in the dot array.

So.. yeah.

It's certainly possible that the dots on the map are tracks of IP addresses, but if so, some of them are coming from odd places.

One is in the northern region of the Kamchatka Peninsula in Russia well away from any major cities, one appears to be in Northern Peru, and one appears to be located in the area of Lubumbashi, at the southern end of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Africa. And those are just a few examples of the stranger locations on the map.

Eon8 seems to have a wide reach.

I got the plaintext for all the MD5 hashes I pulled off the tracker page, last night. It's just a series of sequentially numbered date entries:

And what about the hidden strings on the home page? I don't know if those were mixed in with the Deployment Logs or not, but I didn't see them among your list. Here's a sample:
