Cape Horn to Cozumel

If you stuck on cape horn this may help.

The lighthouse on the island that is putting out lights is signaling in morris code.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

The cords are 4178u , 9969z
and... 2161g , 1311c

Now by the clues the voice gives us we must subtract the two and then you will get the correct cords. to go to Cozumel.

Thanks for the Cape Horn hint. I understood that it was in Morse code, but I didn't completely understand how to get the answer. The light blinks so fast that I wished I could record it and play it back in slow motion. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do that? (I hope that I am not in the wrong thread.)
