As its said in lostpedia "The translation of Helgus Antonius is Weekend Antonym and it is Swedish." but word by word translation arent very safe ...
They also noticed that the "i" of Antonius is the only one letter to be lower case. Does that means something ? Is it a hint for an anagram without "i" ?

My personal favourite translation: Helgus Antonius = Saint Anthony.

St Anthony is the patron saint of lost things and travelers.

Helgus should be a russian name, so maybe it's going to Russia or some other russian speaking countries

Remember that on the global welfare map there was an hidden entry in russia with the reversed text "She was an employee" or something like that.

So are we not saposed to notice that these are really bad photoshop images? What is Rachel trying to pass off to us as evidence?

Take a look at the image where the ship is being tuged out to sea. Here and notice how there are "shadows" across the letters on the name. Its a cut and paste job from this image

if she is doctoring this, how can we trust her on anything? All of our information is comeing through her, hand fed to us. I dont like it.

Well I figure even ABC isnt going to buy a cargo ship just so we can have a couple pictures of it for this 'game' so they dont really have a choice but to photoshop it.

Oh and Matt, why keep demanding answers if you're never happy with the ones she gives us.

No not about the newspaper yet but just various things in the past when she addresses peoples comments, people (not you just people in general) always have a problem with the way she addresses them.

As far as Rachel trying to lead us astray... well we've already figured out this isnt an interactive game so much as an experience. Sure she could be trying to distract us from something but theres no other path to follow. If we were truely intended to solve a mystery other than what shes currently working on, there hasnt yet been another plot introduced for us to solve. Rachels character seems to be the same as us, someone who is finding clues and following them. Until a real person or fake character starts giving us different information we have no choice but to see where she leads us. You can't just say, oh Rachel is distracting us from the real Hanso problem, he decided to become a shaolin monk and live in the mountains and thats why no one has seen him. IMO we're following the story the way they want us to follow the story, and if Rachel indeed turns out to be deceiving us, I'm sure that revelation will come at a time when it makes total sense to the story.

Remember, TV writers wrote this experience. In TV conflicts are never resolved until the series finale (or in the case of seinfeld not even then). Television shows are much more popular when there are characters you hate and situations you dont agree with than when everything goes exactly the way you want and everyone lives happily ever after.

Rachel is clearly full of shit. Badly Photoshopped images of boats, cameras zooming in by themselves (when the fella entered her hotel room and she was hiding next door), and a load of crap about equitorial islands even though we found out they were in canada. I'm sick of her and her bad acting.
