I have been working diligently , ARR... Shakes fist at SKY!!!..
I know you are way past some earlier ports. But I thought I help those who are still scrolling and scrolling and scrolling on St. Helena

Did you see the pictograph on the back of the cave of the man holding a torch just like our trailer for the hunt for car. There's a 3 there too.
Again thanks, Matey, see you on Treasure Island.
EDIT - added topic tag per forum guidelines. Also, please try to keep posts limited to one topic. - SG

Welcome, and I'm glad to hear the experience has been positive.

Well, it's a matter of whether there are already threads for them.
But more importantly, on-topic game discussion shouldn't be combined with a topic that is off-topic, like a fun/humor thread.

Bloody Tom Kidd
Every pirate lives for something different. For some, it's the open sea. For others (the masochists), it's the food. For you, it's definitely the fighting. Even though you're not always the traditional swaggering gallant, your steadiness and planning make you a fine, reliable pirate. Arr!

Thanks for asking.
The threads were locked because they'd gotten really long and we wanted people to start threads relating to specific topics, rather than continuing to post everything to a "general" thread.
In a case like that, you can probably start a new topic specifically for what you want to discuss.
The main thing is that it's easier if we keep on-topic discussion (clues and other things relating directly to the game) in separate threads from the off-topic stuff (humor threads, etc.).
/me unhijacks thread and returns it to its regularly scheduled Off-Topicness.

I tried to paste print screen into photoshop , but I 'm not having any luck.
Just look left, that white stuff on the cave wall in the middle of the room , look at it. There's a 3.
I don't know how to do the screen dump. If you tell me I will do it. Plus I will post the other symbols I see there. (But I have to leave town in an Hour and will be back on Sunday. )

This one's easier: http://www.stupidstuff.org/main/piratename.htm
A new one, with different results: http://www.froggynet.com/cgi-bin/pirate.cgi
And yet a newer one! http://gangstaname.com/pirate_name.php
Pirate nickname generator for MSN Messenger: http://www.mess.be/pirate-names-male.php
And here's what happened the last time pirates got loose on these forums:
