You know, for someone with multiple Matrim Cauthon quotes, you don't pay much attention. I *GAVE* you the answer above. Look at what I put in the spoiler and compare it to the clue you're given and you have the answer.

Finally got them all. I usually suck at these kind of puzzles so I didn't expect to make it past #3 or so. I cheated on #27, got a hint to find the "answer", but what I came up with didn't work so I checked to see what I was doing wrong. Turns out I forgot to change it so it equaled 28 instead of 27... oops Embarassed

. Fun stuff, I think #21 was my favourite.
