You might have to tweak your brightness/contrast settings to see them properly. Also viewing from different angles helps - so does squinting. But if you're still not sure you can see them properly, here's a quick picture of what they should look like:

Thanks for posting the .gif ShiverMyTimbers, it makes working out the puzzle a lot simpler.

Not a problem...I made another with the solution but not sure if I should post that or not.

It's up to you. I would think most people should be able to work it out on their own (or with some gentle prodding) however. Especially with that .gif to lay out the code in an easy to read manner.

Oh well, I'll post it then - seeing as how the next clue is almost upon us anyway. Here's a spoiler/solution for the tree puzzle on St Mary's Isle...look away now if you don't want to know the result!

Oops...can someone edit that last post to put the URL tags inside the spoiler instead of the Img tags. Sorry!

if a mod doesn't do that soon, you could try to rename your gif, then make a gif with the new location of the solution and save that gif as solution.gif.

I'm not sure he can. He's not a registered user, he's a guest, so I don't think he can edit his post - hence the question. But nobody except a mod can either, so it's stuck there until a mod amends/deletes it. (I think).

I could edit my post further up to put a warning about the impending unhiddle, uneditable spoiler below.

Phew...thanks to the unknown person who made the change Very Happy

No need now for lightwave to edit his post to include "a warning about the impending unhiddle, uneditable spoiler" inadvertently posted by a complete idiot below Shocked

I have typed in the code word for the tree island numerous times but each time I go back to the map I don't see my Round Pond as the new location.

HMMMMM

I believe it is on the first page. Basically, pan as far left as possible, and I believe you should find it around the bottom center of your screen. Mind you, contrast/brightness settings may need to be adjusted for your monitor.

[QUESTION] Isle the Saint Mary

Please forgive me if I've posted this wrong. My question is, on Saint Mary, is there suppose to be a tree with a half moon symbol laying on its side?

yes, there are several trees with several symbols on them. Take careful note of them, lest ye be lost in the jungle for ever!
