Exactly!! With the slightly smaller radius look at the specific buildings that have dots on them!! Hollow Needle, Diana's park, and I wonder who's homes....
And thanks for resizing them. They look very manageable for even dialups.

And the "New Municipal Complex" which I swear I saw somewhere being labeled WalMart. But where I saw that (if I did) I haven't a clue.

It's in the print version of the comic.

Excellent, and there is Great Water General (GWG) and I believe it is somewhere around there that Keith took the video since it starts out with a fence and the cave behind the fence.

Since I started this thread as speculation and for images that I mess around with I will use it to continue my specs.
I downloaded and used Google earth for the image below http://earth.google.com/
Those who can might want to also. The more who look at this stuff the better.
I overlaid the image from Dale's lasted journal entry and came up with the following: Not to say this is correct by any means but it's the best I can do for right now.
Oh, before you ask, found AGP from the directions given here http://www.ashgrovepark.com/geninfo.html
Quote:
We are located less than half a mile off Rt. 72 in Pemberton Township, Burlington County, New Jersey, and about a mile from the intersection of Rts. 72 and 70, also known as the Four Mile Circle. Take Upper Mill Road off of Rt. 72 to the edge of Early's Crossing and enter a legendary world of fun.
Note: Early's Crossing is approx. exactly at the pin I have for AGP

This is great I think you are on one of the possible right 'tracks' that we need to find. Giving Dale's entry about fractals and zooming in and out I think it makes sense. Now if you follow the lines from the 307 symbol do they point to any famous places on the globe?

What is that body of water in the lower right side? Could we call that our "Lake of Tears"?
This is really cool - and that is at scale? Amazing detective work (and sooooo META).

Sylvia, have you tried putting the line and "x" that appear on the symbol in with the dots? Just wondering if they could match up with anything.

I don't know about Lake Of Tears, but I have been looking hard for it: Here is what I have discovered (or at least I believe I'm correct in this line of thinking.)
On our Earth which I think the Incunabula (aka Ong's Hat ) refers to as Earth Prime (EP)- Highways running North and South are given Odd numbers while highways running East and West are given Even numbers.
So If I'm correct in this thinking then Main St. (hwy 72 aka Maganolia Rd.) in Aglaura runs North and South while here on EP it runs East and West. If so then Lake Of Tears should be to the north of Aglaura according to the directions given here. http://aglauranj.org/lot.html
Quote:
From New Jersey Route 72, just north of Aglaura, look for signs for the Lake of Tears. Take Small Wonders Road off of Rt. 72 to the Lake of Tears.
I have not been able to find a road named Small Wonders on EP. As for the blue area in the lower right, I can't find a label for it. But I will continue looking.
To answer Sandra's question, I haven't yet but I'll try.
Those of you who can, give me a hand with all this.
[edit] Here are some photos in and around Ong and Early's Crossing on EP:

Sylvia. I just don't have your knack for doing these overlays, but I have some spec I'd like to throw out there:
The two arrows on the 307 map remind me very much of the ones you see on a topo map showing how polar north and magnetic north very from grid north for that global location. This would mean that the whole thing is off by 180 degrees if our confirmation from Dale that the maps are overlaid correctly. I don't see a "North" indicator on the Aglaura map, so I think this is a possibility.
If you look at the area on a topo map , you see that the lake in the lower right is a flooded mine.
Zoom out from this view and you'll see several areas marked as cranberry bogs. I've tried to match up things, but just can't.

Rogi, I was thinking the same thing about the polar and magnetic north. But I was afraid everyone would think I was koo koo if I mentioned it. So if I flip the image vertically we might get something more concrete. That would make the arrows in the center of Aglaura (now pointing South) equal to our North indicators. I'll give it a try and see what happens.
Thanks for the link to the topo map - so kona that blue area is a flooded mine.
As for Cranyberry bogs, there are so many in that area it's hard to pin point which is the one in Aglaura.
Right now, I am trying to find Leeds Point.
===========================
[edit] Okay the flip didn't work. AGP was still in the correct place but the lines pointing to Montauk and Leeds Point were headed in the wrong direction. Which related to EP vs. Aglaura may be how it's suppose to be. But first let me pin things down on EP then see if it's feasible to flip them for an alternate dimension such as Aglaura. I know this may be overkill, but the game is in slow mo right now and I've got time to kill.

I'd just like to point out that, along these lines, the google maps' compass looks similar to the arrow in the center of the 307 symbol, with the exception that the google compass points up and the symbol's arrow points down.

Aglaura is also the starting point for the Batona Trail, a 49.5-mile hike through the Pine Barrens that begins here and ends in Bass River State Forest in Burlington County, while traversing beautiful areas not accessible by car. The trail is maintained by the NJ State Park Service and the Batona Hiking Club. It is easy to walk in most areas and can be accessed from many points throughout the region. Many areas rich in history are along the way, such as Four Mile, Butler Place, Martha and Washington. You might catch a glimpse of bald eagles, red-tailed hawks, osprey, great blue heron, and owls to name a just few bird species, as well as beaver, river otter, fox and deer. Or maybe even the Jersey Devil!

After last night's mad rush to find Diana and Meaghan, I've got some new images to add.
May not be of any help. I don't know if they are accurate or not. I just matched up the Industrial Park section as best I could.
