Well, I feel a tad guilty. I thought they'd want to ransom her for the Cube and whilst we're still looking for it we'd get infrequent updates from her saying 'I'm still alive etc..' but she'd hide codes in them that lead us to her location and we (or, well, probably Kurt) would rescue her, somehow... Oh dear.

Ugh. I feel terrible about writing that limerick now - I mean... I figured she was in trouble... that something bad would happen to her, but not like this - not this suddenly.
