Email

I sent an email to his address (or at least what I assume is his address, following the site's syntax). Hopefully we'll get a reply!

This is the same guy but without the glasses.

And again

And also, a speaker at this function is.....

Satoshi Matsuda (Keio University) Spry1 functions as a negative-feedback loop in the TCR signaling pathway

Anyway, I have emailed him using the Billion To One Chain Email translated into Japenese. At least if he answers negatively we can all write him off the list!

I'm sorry, but those don't look anything like Satoshi.

Not in my eyes, anyway.

Not fully, no... but what if that pic was taken a while ago? I could see the man in 'img_130' being an older version of Satoshi from the card.

Admittedly, its a long shot. We all keep going round in circles, so I think it might be a good idea just to send out the email to every Satoshi thats been suggested (whether they have been discounted or not). At least with negative replies, we can once and for all cross the peeps of the list.

This topic reminds me of the episode of Family Guy where the family go on the run to ChinaTown, and think every single Chinese man is Jackie Chan -.-

Architect?

Is anyone else wondering who the architect for this puzzle is?

Interesting... How many other cards dont have a listed name on the card for the card architect?

Is this the only one? ...

Maybe thats intended as a clue.

Good observation. I wonder if there is a pattern to which architect is on which card. Might turn up another meta clue.

Whew... nice to know my first post is useful. I was worried I'd be full of hot air.

Yea, this is my first ARG, and this card was what made me take the plunge and give Mind Candy money. And lucky enough, in my box I got for Christmas I got this card.

Also, what is the status for anyone actually going to France and checking out this region?

Hi all,

Just been doing some mailbox housekeeping and came across Mind Candy's Christmas card sitting in my junk email folder! (Not that I mind, belated Christmas cards only extend the festive fun a little longer Wink )

Same pics as the unfiction card, but a slightly different message to all us working on this card Smile

Quote:
Dear Billion To One peeps,

Happy Christmas!

I just want to let you know how much we're loving your work on Bilion To One, and we can't wait to see the day when you finally track down Satoshi. He'll be expecting you...

In the meantime, we'll try not to concoct any more ideas for puzzle cards after too many cocktails. Otherwise, who knows what we'll be getting you to do next?

Bwahahaha!

So once again, thanks so much for all of your ingenious work - we're particularly impressed that you managed to identify Kayersberg, too. Awesomeness...

Merry Christmas, and a very happy new year! 2007, baby, it's nothin' but big things...
