But the answers are clearly all

DrKra37 is spot on about the reasoning for this answer, too.
Also, I think it has to be an anagram, because there won't be enough text for a reliable ROT or encryption.
4 more days to SF live event! Woo hoo!

I would say that there's plenty of text for a ROT if that's what it was, you could probably narrow down which ROT with only three letters. There are an enormous number of possibilities of what a short string could be, particularly as it pertains to an event of which we have few details (what if it's a map of SF and these are grid references?).

Now here is the real question...
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Since on day two most people don't believe the answer is "Why", instead, they believe the answer is the letter "Y".....my question to you is do you think the answer today is "I" instead of "Eye"?

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

which in a few days could turn into something.

I hope you're getting excited about the upcoming San Francisco event. Things are getting pretty intense over here as we put the finishing touches to our puzzles and liaise with Mind Candy to arrange everything for you. I think Saturday's going to be a really fun day.
For the San Francisco event, I hope you're getting somewhere with my ten-part puzzle. You've probably noticed that each of these clues relates to a letter of the alphabet - after you've solved the final clue, you'll need put all the letters together and rearrange them to form two words which will help you in your challenge on Saturday. Good luck, and here's your penultimate problem:
If I were retelling Wuthering Heights in Monty-Python style and stuck both my arms out at right angles to my body, what would that mean?
Does anyone have any ideas as to today's letter?

Could anyone who has got all the letters so far please post them, spoilered of course. If they are needed for the SF event, then we all need to know them - especially if we need to rearrange them to something else.
Oh, and while I'm here, is there a thread anywhere for online SF attendees - was just wondering what the numbers will be?

EDIT: In light of Cassandra's post below mine, my objections are removed. Still, it stinks that we'd have to catch Von's post on Saturday to complete the hint, if Cassandra is correct (which I think she is).
EDIT EDIT: It helps to have the most up-to-date list of letters so you can see there that you are not one letter off in your count. Nevermind me, nothing to see here.

Okay, now you are just piling on. I've already done my mea culpa. Aren't you satisified with my humiliation yet?!
Don't answer that question.
