[UPDATE] Perplex City Academy - 31 July 06 - note re Anna

Quote:
Anna Heath (231-269)

Rest in peace.
A full memorial page will be added shortly. Until then, her profile below will remain online.

Anna Heath is our expert from the department of languages, and is the only full fellow on our team, holding a fellowship in Ancient Languages. Anna was spotted when she was only 8 years old by Professor Sedgewick - legend has it that Anna corrected one of her teachers' spelling during a spelling bee! At 18, Anna was offered a place at the Academy, and became a fully-fledged puzzle scribe by the age of 22. She is a self-confessed sufferer from ailihphilia, is a passionate fan of the Earth writer Georges Perec; her multi-language crossword puzzles are particular objects of dread among her students.

Right: Anna keeps a picture of her children on her desk; she says they inspire her to keep learning how to communicate, even if that's just saying "Dada."
