Someone pointed out in the thread for Roaming Identity that if you take 'world' out of 'otpaaworldtdnia', the remaining letters are an anagram of 'adaptation'.

Just thought id post that in this thread in case anyone had missed it.

Could this be a "dingbat"/catchphrase type clue, where you "say what you see", i.e jumbled adaptation around the world (obviously that's not the answer)

Perhaps relying on anagram servers (as I tend to do...) is too short-sighted. Loads of films have proper nouns and what not in them - it might even be a foreign title...

My (dodgy) spec on the microtext, following various film-related discussions elsewhere:

The last of the recent Lord of the Rings films was on TV last night, and as I watched it I decided that the "world" in the middle of the text could be world = earth, and hence "Middle Earth". If adaptation pertains to film adaptations, then at least these versions are long enough.

So I trawled through both the original version of the first film (Fellowship of the Ring) and the extended version. Under the original edition, 1hr 56m 29s is about where Frodo reveals his Mithril armour - irrelevant.

Under the extended version, 1.59.26 lies on the second disk - I calculate the first to be 1.41.18 long, so I looked at 0.15.11 on the second. At this point, the only possibly interesting thing is a shot of the entrance door to Moria, with Frodo about to say "It's a riddle".

You can see a picture of the door design here, which is apparently taken from Tolkien's original design. It has stars and stuff on it. Oh, and trees.

Possibly of further interest, although this is definitely wild-spec territory, is the link between the symbols and Freemasonry, as suggested here (and from where the first image is taken). I find it interesting as Rosicrusians and Freemasons keep popping up - I've come across them a couple of times in Borges, for example. But then, they get a lot of coverage, so perhaps this is just inevitable when looking into such things.

Anyway, maybe the puzzle Frodo solves will become relevant later - the "final mystery" perhaps?

As always, thorough criticism and sceptisism should be wielded... now!
