AGP has updated their message about the fire and it's affects on the 2006 season. Also included are pictures of the fire.

This wasn't the first fire to shut down the Park, after all, as Ash Grove was temporarily closed in both 1966 and 1986 from devastating fires as well. In each case, the Park returned the following year even stronger than ever, and next year will be no exception. 2007 is sure to see Ash Grove Park become the best little amusement park in New Jersey once again.


Some more 6's and looks to me like a pattern has emerged for the fires there. Perhaps something also had happened in the years 1926 and 1946?
