No I haven't. I thought the next question might not come up until enough people have solved this one, but have seen other questions up on the chatroom. Also had the same problem with the question about the first master of the academy. Must be doing something wrong as usual.

It's odd they would put that under the how to participate heading, I'm confused.

I have 2 big lists of questions i'm picking the ones that i know and seeing how it goes, I assume thats what we have to do untill they are all answered.

I clicked on the big banner at the top and it said the page was not available, so I refreshed, still didn't work and then I went back, there they were, there's lots!

You don't have to hit "threshold inadequate", it's just saying that there aren't enough hits on the site to unlock the next level of puzzles...to be fair it isn't written that well, because i thought that initially also...
