And if you don't take my cat off my hands I'm going to put the cat in a bag, a brick in the bag and then put the bag in the river.
Look at his little face.

Quick update, I've not had time to really look through the items, exclude the ones that increase my clutter, not decrease it, and choose an offer.
I'm hoping to have 5 minutes of "sane time" this evening, fingers crossed...

We all "really really" want these =(
Pity that some of us just don't have anything worth the value of card 257.

Neither item may be sold on. Any suggestions on how I could enforce this? As I've said, I'm quite a greedy person, the thought of me doing this in order for someone to make a quick buck doesn't appeal.
Well, you could demand annual photographs to be taken by the "winner", featuring themselves, the card(s) and a recent daily newspaper...that could actually make for a life-long friendship of some strange sort.
"Hi SteveC! Here I am with the cards during my wedding. It was really touching."
"Hey Stevie...check it out, me and the cards at Lissabon airport, geting ready to look for the cube."
(Hey...I could actually extend my offer with that! Everybody pretend you haven't read this! )

Quick, someone check on SteveC! I think a crazed PXC collector may have offed him and taken off with the goods!

No, I'm just in a bit of a quandry, and without any time on my hands to think about it.. I had a grand total of 6 entries that managed to follow all the rules (out of 22 that entered at all), all offering something that would make it from their possession to my possession to the bin in quick succession...
As a result, I'm considering:
a/ keeping the swap offer open to all comers until someone offers me something I might actaully want. This time without rules, just my absolute authority.
b/ giving the cards out for one of the rulebreakers
c/ running away and screaming.
If I do (a) or (c), I'll probably give consolation prizes out to the more interesting entries.
Who's idea was this anyway? Oh, mine? bugger.

Steve,
Why dont you,
a) Throw us a frikkin bone and say what you do want, bearing in mind that in clutter terms there aint much smaller than a puzzle card so if you want to declutter what could we offer you? This would also give free rein to your massive desire; or
b) Just get in the puzzle setting spirit and the cook up a game with the card as a prize for the winner - no benefit to you here of course; or
c) Just keep the wretched thing and stop teasing us with it.
I think your pre-confessed greed and attention seeking is holding you back from making any decision here.

It should be noted that my motivation for this is only partially greed. It's also that I know people want this card, I don't really.

Why don't one of you good folks that actually lives somewhere near SteveC offer him some sort of cleaning service? That would fit the de-cluttering part of the problem.

Steve, if you are struggling for what to do, you could always ebay the cards for charity?

Steve, when's your birthday?
