One "spam" email that decodes to:

So, how's it going? To be quite honest, I had assumed I might have heard something from you by now but I guess you must be extremely busy with other projects right now. It's a shame really, seeing that the TAP system appears ready to "transition" to the next phase. The online CAROL interface has been extremely popular although it has been learning at a somewhat slower speed than I had anticipated. Something may be diverting resources in a way I am unaware of or perhaps there is an undiscovered flaw in one of the data writing routines. In any case, the interface is approaching the limits of its usefulness. I would ideally like to give CAROL a "face-lift" of sorts, and present a more "humanized" interface for the world to access. As I've explained before, this humanization process is critical to my long-term plan for the TAP system.

So, please man, if you have any intention of jumping aboard this ship and completing the HIP or a semblance thereof, let me know soon.
