ig3x -- mentioned in the official UK Lost podcast for Episode 15, "Maternity Leave." The relevant bit begins around minute 39:00.

rgmr -- glyph posted as part of "Rachel Blake and The Hansos" music page on the UK Channel4.com site.
rxmhjh9y -- posted here that this code appears in the UK version of Lost Magazine.
7ti -- posted here that this code appears in the US version of Lost Magazine.

vix7zxt97 -- inserted into the latest official ABC Lost podcast around minute 28:00.
89rmcocdc6d -- glyph appears as a background image on the Gary Troup "About" page.
vou8vpnps5x -- mentioned in Ninja's blog, glyph found in the shop window of King's Comics in Sydney
750nzf8x -- the location of this glyph made available by using the Channel4 UK text message service (UK only).
nz59 -- found in the video clue for Ep 223 on the AU Yahoo Lost clue website. Video doesn't work for everyone. Very spoilery for UK viewers.

e82kni8L -- glyph was posted in a thread on the Korean TV Lost site.
90vdhohu -- found printed on a shirt on DJDan's merchandise page.
nanite -- found in a "sublymonal" ad for Sprite in People magazine. [scan of ad here.]**

5be -- glyph appears as an ad on the right side of the UK Channel4 website. You may have to click through several sections for it to appear.

gllv8b -- glyph released through TLEC. Too complicated to explain...sigh.

tropics -- a glyph appeared in a Monster.com ad in People Magazine, which led to a banner ad on Monster for Hanso's "TropicsTravel."
irz7 -- the "Diary" on The Fuselage hinted at the location of the next glyph in a board post.
narvik -- found in a banner ad for "Narvik Travel" on Monster.com after you take a poll.

oudw -- glyph found by clicking on a link under "Snakes on a Plane" on an old post on Ninja's blog.
307L97bdb9 -- the link under "57" on the right side of Rachel's stophanso blog leads to flickering images containing the code.
5xw3o -- found in Sydney, image posted on Speaker's blog.
bax5oux8t -- found around minute 3:30 of a "ThisisaKnife" video, linked from The Other Girl's blog.
pkdbah7j -- divided between Speaker's blog and Ninja's blog: Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4.

quarantine -- shown on www.richerdeeperbroader.com under "Breathe Sports" when you click on the right side of the stadium.
7c8r -- glyph appeared on UK TV Channel4 at the end of Lost.
xqgrmh -- following a trail from the Speaker, glyph was hidden in a comic linked from his blog.
flho6cum181 -- following riddles in a YouTube vid from Speaker, glyph found in parts: Part1, Part2, Part 3, Part 4.
354g8 -- code was seen on a coffee mug on Jimmy Kimmel Live on 5 Sept.

2ng39z -- code was found through the Manchester, UK glyph hunt.
v4umma -- glyph found following a clue trail from the Speaker.
kcqbmli6 -- another multi-part glyph, trail starting at Ninja's MySpace page: Part1, Part2, Part3, Part4.
zr2ji -- code was found through the London UK glyph hunt.
pgvpe4ec -- glyph found in many pieces on Rachel's travel blog; the assembled file names read, "They say that everything happens for a reason. I wish I could believe that."

No more to find!!

**Note: If you type 'nanite' into sublymonal.com, you can now see the actual glyph. You will also receive a hint to check Flickr.com, where someone has posted the glyph as well. Not clear if this is meant to be in-game.
***Note: You can find the 'chocolates' glyph on the same Flickr.com account as before. See this thread for what else it might lead to.

I think this one 1EY8AZCZNA2 confirms the bearded man is Mr. Alvar Hanso himself, albeit a much younger version than the one we know.

Same error with the correct spelling, except as of 11:53 instead of 11:48.
EDIT: oh, it's a zero. we should keep all letters lowercase to avoid that mistake.
