[EMAIL] Iris Aug 29 - Statue of Digitalis

I wrote to Iris about the statue she found.

Quote:
Digitalis? I've heard stories of him from customers who have used his fortune
telling services in the past. Surely Wes knew of him too? I'm going to ask
Sam and Dale if they've ever seen this. I know this could turn out to be
nothing more than a decorative statue, but it feels like something more. I
haven't been able to stop thinking about it since I took it out of that wall.

Iris

What I sent.

I've been visiting your website since you bought the Emporium of the Weird. I read with great interest about the Devil Hunt and now about the statue you found. All I can say is WOW! I don't know who the statue depicts either, but I do recognize the flowers at the hooded mans feet. They are Foxglove, or as some call them, Digitalis. Dale has talked about a man that works/worked at Ash Grove Park that goes by the name of Digitalis. Quite a coincidence, huh? Maybe Dale can give you some more information about the statue or where Wes got it, and it's importance.

I had written Dale about the statue Iris found and that he's got a picture of it in the Interlude for his Graphic Novel. Haven't heard back from him, but then that's not unusual for Dale, is it? Smile
