Could this all just be part of the game? I.E. someone did change the message on her voicemail box but it was in game not necessarily a gamejacker.

well i posted about the ability to access the voicemail, but who would figure out the password and then take the time to edit all those audio clips in together, and then also constantly delete messages from the mailbox so that it doesn't become full and allow people to hear the message?

Over on the "official" board, sunflowernik brought up the idea of a fictional game-jack. Is that even a viable possibility? I hadn't though of it from that angle. If that's what it is, it makes the game dang near unplayable.

OK, Just called it about 15 mins ago and it said the box was full...
Called just now and heard the so called fake message that cassie clams not to have changed... WTF? So the second message somehow has definitely been added to the voicemail box.
It is possible someone found out the password to the voicemail and changed the message that way but not very probable.
Ditto just called and head the new messege. Maybe the phone was a temp. one and was bought up by the gamjackers.

Yes i just quoted myself... anyhow
Is it also possible that the other "gamejacking" that took place. (the swaping out of the first dead drop) Actually occured in game and wasnt a gamejack at all but an element to the game to show that someone is trying to stop her?

I recorded it and posted it. It did indeed change from the previous message (which was more of the U2 song from the video and some other audio cues).
I recorded that this morning around 10am central time using Skype/Audacity for the best quality. And I'm not a game jacker, I was one of the original crew that actually tracked down the creators.
Edit: Here is the link New Message

The message itself has quite a bit of clues to tell you it's real, or at least on track with the course. Try looking there, not here.

Theres is a new video that picks apart the audio and in one part it says that it use the audition tape of the other girls that where trying for the part of Bree. Which brings a thought maybe this whole thing was meant to say that Bree was really and actor hence Bree tells lies. This was sopposed the grand debunk to prove it was all fake but maybe some insider got antsie and posted all the stuff about LG being fake. And kind of ruined the game.

Yes - VERY probable, if someone guessed the password - they can do anything - retrieve messages, change the outgoing message etc. (maybe even get caller ID for people who left messages. I left a message butr DID NOT get a call back. Also the phone message has changed (using automated voice mail instead of an answering machine - and saying the phone number is no longer active.)

Are we thinking "someone changed my message" means that someone changed what she dropped at the site, making us call a number picked by a gamejacker and get the "wrong message"? Since she says she only speaks "here" meaning, most likely, youtube, that would mean that all this call business "isn't her."
That brings up more issues then, like why would someone change the message? Or, how did they get there and leave a fake clue that looks so much like the picture that she put up showing us exactly where the clue was?
Methinks Cassie may be BSing.
