[update] Aglaura News Police Discuss Diana's Death Sept 21

Quote:
Aglaura Police Discuss Sprague Death

Aglaura Police Chief Dawn Prufrock held a press conference for late yesterday, Sept. 20, in front of the Aglaura Municipal Building to discuss the death former Borough Councilwoman Diana Sprague, who was found dead in her Aglaura home yesterday morning. Chief Prufrock confirmed that Ms. Sprague's ex-husband Dale, also a former local Councilman, discovered the body shortly after noon and immediately called the police. Prufrock, while cautioning that the coroner's report and other tests are outstanding, did label the death as suspicious, calling the crime scene "grisly."

The Chief also confirmed that the Sprague's daughter, Meaghan, has been officially labelled missing, with the assumption being that she had apparently either fled or been taken from the site of her mother's murder. Chief Prufrock closed the press conference by promising regular updates on both the status of the investiagtion into the death of Ms. Sprague and the disappearance of young Megahan Sprague.
