Yeah its from the U2 version of Helter Skelter.
You can tell because of the trailing off of the 'yoouuuuuu' that is unique to U2's version
I just can't quite make out whether it's
"Do you, don't you want me to love you"
or
Coming down fast I'm right here above you"
here is the version i cleaned up a tid bit (not much)

Now the question is why does she want us to hear this?

I think whoever left their phone number on the voicemail will be getting a phone call at 10PM PST with a more legible clue. This was just another reference to Helter Skelter; a clue that we already had.

Perhaps I missed something, but why at 10PM?

I wonder if that's so we didn't disregard the message. What is she whispering?

voicemails usually cap out less than 100, 10 pm pacific for the reason daniel mentions that time while bree is sitting by the phone in the park video. just a hunch, and oh 3 hours from now, if you put your number in her voicemail, be by the phone, just in case

I'm assuming it's still pretty early out there in California. It's nearly 10 here. I wish I had called in time to get the voicemail!

The voicemail filled up really quickly from what it seemed. I don't think there were that many people who were lucky enough to leave messages.
Personally I think whoever found the clue will the one who gets the call-back though (Cu). No harm in waiting by the phone for those who managed to leave a message though.

I think we're going to need someone to be ready waiting by the phone boothe at 10:00. I'd do it, but i'm halfway across the country.
I'm not sure how Cassie (assuming that's the person on the mailbox) would know Cu's number...
In any case, good luck everyone.

so... I called it and got a message that the mailbox was full and not accepting messages. Have you people been leaving messages? Now I can't hear it
