Agatha blames the investigation on Douglas

Pam,
I cannot begin to describe to you how terribly stressful the past week
or so
has been here in Aglaura. As you mentioned, this investigation affair
has
everyone very upset and tense, not the least of which, myself. To see
my poor
Pat tearing himself to pieces over this is extremely hard to take, and
not
being able to do anything about it is makes it even worse. I barely see
him
lately anyway, as he's taken to staying in his office , secluded with
lawyers,
investigators, and other officials as much as he can.
Speaking of lawyers, I can't but somehow feel that some of this whole
mess is
the fault of Douglas Willingham. I have nothing concrete to base this
feeling
on but sometimes one just has these hunches, intuitions, you know? I
never did
like him or his wife, for too many reasons I can name. Please,
considering the
circumstances, don't tell anyone what I said, though. I'd hate to
affect the
investigation in any way.
In addition, the series of strange events continues, although so far
the
library has been spared from anything unusual again. Well, that's not
entirely
true. The Library's computer network has been experiencing a lot of
unusual
problems and weird "glitches". It's actually been the entire Aglaura
network,
and I know poor Sam Greene has been going crazy trying to deal with
problem
after problem.
