sixthofnever.com appears to be Sarah Wyatt's blog.
I'm just exploring it now.

EUREKA!

I'm going to try emailing her webmistress email address. maybe that will prompt a response.

for those who want to know, her email is webmistressSPLATsixthofnever.com.

She seems to be going through what dale is going through.

There are also sketches of the masks on her website.

Edit: Attached Pics of masks...

I don't know whether this was the "official" route, but one of the entries in Dale's journal mentions that Sarah is working on a childrens' book called The Sixth of Never.

For the record:
I read the updates about the missing masks.
The masks are associated with the children's book, "The Sixth of Never".
I went to Google, in the hopes of finding something about the book; which I didn't.
Having followed CTW, I remembered that as complex as some of the puzzles were, there were also some very straightforward, logical solutions to the things we sought.
So, I tried "sixthofnever.com" in google, clicked the link...and BINGO!

Ok, kona?

So okay, here's what I got out of it general-information-wise, not considering any puzzles which may or may not be there.

Sarah has a mother-figure who is not her mother whom she refers to as "P.", and she mentions another person, a man, named "D.". Both of these people are supportive of Sarah. Sarah notes that "P." is worried about someone, a man.

Sarah has a few posts about general art things, fun stuff she's seen out and about, et cetera. She talks about how she doesn't own a TV.

Starting in about October of last year, Sarah has been having nightmares.

There's a bit more about making masks and planning them, and the nifty sketches seen above. And then another bad dream.

Something happens with Sarah feeling bad for a woman (presumably P.?), because something terrible happened to a man (presumably the man that P. was worried about before). The man is not dead, but she notes that "Sometimes it's more painful to grieve for the living than for the dead."

Sarah got her first gray hair! (How old is Sarah supposed to BE, anyways?) Although, she thinks it is caused by her awful dreams, which are becoming more frequent and more distressing. She wonders if there are pills that can make them stop, and ponders if "her eyes were always this color", meaning something WEIRD is going on.

Latest entry, Sarah hears voices in her bathroom, little children. The last voice was a man calling for help.

At the risk of stating either (1) the blindingly obvious, or (2) the blatantly erroneous...
P&D=Phyllis and Douglas?

(Bear with me. Still trying to catch up on CTW1.)

I think you're right about P=Phyllis. but I think D=Dale as the supportive group. I think the evil women D=Diana, Dale's ex-wife. I believe the person who Sarah mentions as being ill is Phyllis' husband, JD Willingham. I spec he is a patient at Klepsydra due to the same issues, of a different reality seeping into the lives of the townspeople.

I think actually P=Phyllis Willingham.... man she is worried about is husband JD Willingham... D = Dale who from the blog stood up for Sarah when she was voted in as Librarian against 'that evil woman' which I assume is Diana Sprague due to mention 'even as the ink dried on the divorce decree'

You beat me to the punch, kimr. I was just about to post the same thoughts.

So then... Sarah is acting a little.. crazy. Old Reality seems to be Leaking in even more for her than for Dale. At least for him tconfined to his dreams - as far as we know. Which leads us to an interesting question: Why are certain people havign more effects of whatever is happenign than others? I mean it should be no surprise that those more involved in the events with the Wish, such as Dale and Sarah, are more able to. whatever it is they are doing.. but why Sarah like this? Why Dale sless so?

D= Dale, I'm sure:

Quote:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Thank God for D. and his support. How very difficult that must have been for him, to publicly face her and deny her, even as the ink dried on the divorce decree

and yes, P=Phyllis

I can understand why Sarah would be having these dreams and concerns. After all, she never has really been completely stable and is one of the more intuitive of the group.

I know this is to be a new situation, but it's not easy to put what we know of these people and their past behind us. Like with the masks. We know one played a role before, and now she's created even more.

Bah, I missed that part. Can you give me a quick and dirty/link me to where the mask(s) came into play?
