 		Perplex City Player Meet - Springfield, MA in November

So, for those of you who might not be able to make the other CubeFests, I'm planning to have a player meet at Tower Square Mall in Springfield, MA on one of the following days:

Friday, November 10th
Saturday, November 11th
Sunday, November 12th (be advised, most shops and such in the Tower Square area are shut down on Sundays)

The general plan is this:

1) Those who are interested (and hoping to attend), please email me and let me know which of those three days would be best for you: fitzkreinerSPLATaol.com

2) Once I know which day looks best for those hoping to attend, I will update this post with the selected date.

3) One week before the meetup is to occur, I will email those who contacted me and provide contact information for the day of the event, so that you can get in touch and let me know you've arrived.

4) We will most likely meet in the foyer of the adjoining hotel (the Springfield Marriot) and proceed either to the Tower Square Mall food court or a similarly suitable area for public gatherings.

A word of advice, though: if you have any spiked or studded accessories (such as belts, wristbands, hats, etc.) it would be wise to leave them at home - at least if you're coming from outside of Massachusetts. I understand that such items are considered concealed weapons under MA law, and as such are illegal.

Edit: Bleh, that's what I get for posting with too much blood in my caffeine stream . . . Dates fixed, and thank you cmlobue for alerting me.

Right, so minor update.

The following people are planning to come to the Springfield meet barring any unforeseen events:

The following people may (or may not) be coming:

Anyone else who's interested in coming, please email or PM me with the day that would be good for you (Friday 11/10, Saturday 11/11, or Sunday 11/12), witht he subject "PXC @ Springfield" or something similar.

Also, I will be bringing my spare PXC cards in case anyone wants to trade.

 		All right, folks, this ia your last chance to let me know if you're coming to the Springfield player meet!The date has been finalized as Saturday.

the "official" start time is 10:00 AM, and the "official" end is . . . . well, whenever folks have to start leaving.

Also, if you wind up coming by bus or Amtrak, there's a bus terminal and an Amtrak station that are pretty much walking distance from the initial meeting point.

The address of the Amtrak station is 66 Lyman Street, and the bus terminal is at 1776 Main Street. I intend to have printouts of the directions to and from these locations with me at all times, so that if anyone arrives at either location I - and anyone else who's arrived - will be able to get there and back with relative ease.
