When you compile all the upper case letters it says,

"HELP US TULBER UNDERSTAND CASSIE THNK IN ADVRANK"

Probably nothing. Probably just someone trying to be cleaver, but tulber and advrank? This might be some sort of ARG lingo I don't know... or just jibberish from someone.
