The random greek letters... Notice how all of them are in the center line of the keyboard. No idea what that could mean.

About Lemony Snicket... it's not. The style is vastly different. Just compare the videos. It would be a long strech to say both things are related.

Not sure if there are any clues per se, but perhaps a little background? I think email is more of a response to a cry for interaction, rather than geniune clue.

There's not too much else to do, I guess. We can't seem to figure out the clues we've got until we get more information, and YshkLanti seems to have fallen silent. Unless you've gotten any more emails?

By the way, I doubt this adds much, but I've just checked yshklanti.mp3 and understand.mp3, and the only meta information they have is the genre label "Blues."
