Holy crap. I had a dream everything would change this morning. Looks like everyone's figured it all out already Sad

Well, couple of things: the 403 message is different (like if you try to access www.746865656e64.com/images/), and flash file yskLa.swf is still there, whereas yshklanti.swf has been replaced with the new content.

I think that's because originally, the file yskLa.swf was a typo and shoulf have been yshkLa.swf.

Hope that made sense.

Hey, Just curious, I'm in Australia and it's 10:30 at night for me, and you giys have early morning, right?

When is a Good Time for me to be online? As in what time will you guys respond the fastest? Tell me in the forum time

I'm a little unclea how the times work, but right now it says its 7:30 AM in forum time, if that helps. I'm in US Eastern time, and it looks like the page was changed at about 1:00 AM EDT (GMT - 4). Not sure about that.

Anyway, I've figured out that the old flash files are still there. Whereas the old page had, for example, yshkLanti.swf, the new page has yshklanti.swf.

I decompiled it, and the text is just different fonts printing "Ra nednai ny takma, peynin hasya keilyn ny moquin. Teyailn vyl esun mrkzai di peynin di Gai, teyailn vyl Lanti, teyailn vyl La, en masi ust awlyn."

We've been working on that for the past week. Wink

That's the text from yshklanti.mp3.

So if we assume that the new page title "Ny Takma" translates to "The End" (we know ny = the), then it's possible that we can make a guess at the opening phrase: "ra nednai ni takma..."

From what we know already, that could be "to ______ the end, ..."

I assume we want to prevent or somehow avoid the end, so for now, can we say "nednai = prevent"?

My Contribution to this translation is that I reckon that Lanti = Master
Think about it

It Comes up a lot in the phrases we're decoding, and the guy running the site wants to be referred to as it. The Yshk is probably a prefix on Master Which could be anything, although i'm guessing Yshk = Web

Anyway, Don't mind my crazy ramblings

My guess is that Lanti, Gai, and La are different elements (earth, wind, fire?) or something like that. I don't think we can even make an educated guess yet, though. As to the webmaster, I can't figure out how to link to a specific post, but back on page 6 of this thread, the guy(?) in the emails specifically says he is not Lanti.

Lanti, though, seems to be an answer of some sort, so it might be what we're seeking, or what we need to seek Hank or Hank's daughter.

I beleive Gai, Lanti and La are names of people/deities, and the sentence where they appear is a title or name. Just in my humble opinion of course, I have nothing to base this on... just a hunch because of the structure of the sentence. Anyways... I go away for a few days and come back to 5 pages of posts! I try to be involved in an ARG for once, yet cant keep up <.<.

Anyone else having trouble viewing what I guess, pre-today's update, used to be the videos to the left and right of the eye?

I'm using Firefox, have Quicktime, Flash etc. in good working order, but all I get is "click here to download plugin". When I do click ... there isn't any plugin.

Also -- trying to decide whether this game is a good bet for a n00b like meself (still sore from the Trainwreck of Ghastly that is CassieisWatching), and I'm wondering: isn't it unusual for ARGs to include the near-spooky level of unfiction.com forum surveillance that this one seems to use? With the eye as a hot spot linking to Wabonan's post about the 13th, and the email interactions indicating that PMs knew certain posters' real names and/or handles (molecularr, Jeremy Jones) despite the fact that those posters didn't directly give the PMs that information themselves?
