 		 Old school newbie needs some insight please.
I just started playing and everything seems to be running dry... any advice where to start?
Embarassed STOP! DON'T READ THIS. I'VE ANSWERED MY OWN STUPID POST.

Question: I've just started playing this and I've made it through the two free cards and Violet's test. Whoa.. I know you what you're thinking... give me a second please. I understand that there are many aspects of this running concurrently (cards, story, etc. all culminating with the cube search.) I just can't find where to get in on any of these to help benefit the community. I don't want to start an old puzzle that's been solved. That's not forward progress. Please point me in the right direction.

Now, I'll give more background for those of you who have your cold hands in the bottom of the fish tank (even though this is a 'trout free zone.') I put this down here to save reading time on the question. I have read the transcript of all the podcasts, the latest Sentinal updates, read the latest entries in the forums and followed links that supposedly were the "latest happenings in the game blogs" only to find they haven't been updated in a year. Is there something out there that has been updated? Is this CT persons latest babel release of "letters" the newest thing and has it been solved? And if there are 10's of 1000's of people playing this and "working together" then why are all these reference sites drying up with little to no updates?

I really appreciate the help of getting back in to this. The following isn't for self glorification. It's to let you know I'm not one to jump in at the last minute and try to "win" anything. I love the atmosphere this creates. I've ordered my cards and starter packs (albeit a little late) to help promote the continuation of this. And I've missed it since the Beast. I was one of the original cloudmakers who attended the premier screening and have my s/n on a custom AI poster along with fleshfair shwag. Hopefully, I can add a lot to this community.

If you still read all of this after the warning then thanks. I look forward to helping someone as detail oriented as yourself in the near future.

Sorry for stupidity. Although "How to Edit the Wiki" didn't cross my mind as far as LOOK HERE!

I'm assuming this is the latest, greatest, everyone collaborate off of this guide.

 		Hi there...

Yep, CT's "Letters" Library of Babel page was the latest update and it's been solved (well at least partially, there could always be more hidden meaning.)

We're in a bit of a quiet-time as far as updates are thanks to Earlywine locking down the link between Earth and Perplex City, but there are still plenty of unanswered questions and puzzles remaining, and you're right, the wiki is the best place to find them. Smile Things should start flowing again once the pesky cube is found or when Season 2 begins sometime around February Smile

There's also a few unanswered silver puzzle cards... the real toughies: Billion to One, 13th Labour, Shuffled and Riemann.

As for discussions, both here and perplexorum.com are good places to hang out to discuss game-related matters. Smile

 		Also there are those pesky unsolved "META" puzzles, the ones having to do with the numbers, shapes and risk pieces on the cards.

Heh - I guess wiki's didn't exist back in the day when the Cloudmakers had to use the Yahoo group to collaborate. Smile
