Some thoughts

If contacting the police is not an option then i see only 3 ways of proceeding.

1. Someone solves that morse code

2. Maybe Ben can help some how and maybe he knows who the woman following Higgs is.

3. We wait for T Mann to give us or Betty another clue.

[edit to add: Maybe Betty knows who the woman following Higgs is. Maybe someone should email Betty and ask her.]

I worked on this for a while last night -- even slowing it down frame by frame -- and I just couldn't be sure. If we even could just definitively get one word out of it, then that would tell us that this is valid..

Morse code?

Now I'm thinking that the blinking lights are a red herring.

Rhythm
it's all about rhythm

I'm no good at morse code and it seems none of us really are.

If it is morse code, which imo it is. If someone could put the flashes to beats, in other words beat your hand / pencil /whatever on your desk to the beat of the flashes while recording it then we would have the morse code. And then maybe someone could read / translate it.

But on the other hand, i'm sure the PMs will give another way around it. And on the third hand, like you said, it may be nothing at all. (yes, i got three hands, don't you?)

But lesson is, learn more about morse code.

I think I have also come to the conclusions that the flickering-light "morse code" is probably a red herring.

However, there is still that funny text spacing in the source code on http://letmeexplainthefive.blogspot.com/

Discussion here. Smart minds welcome!

I'm not very YouTube savvy, but is there a way to save the video clip locally from the site? Couldn't find a way.

If so, I'll have a go at the morse. It looks very much like morse to me, but I will have to slow it down.

If you use FireFox browser, you can use this to download the video:
