So that is the number for the Midtown payphone at 49th and Broadway. If you click on the earthcam.com link in the photo, the relevant cam is listed under "Cam 9" at the bottom.

Apparently these payphones only ring once before going to an internal modem. So if this is supposed to be used as a means of contact, there has to be a way to arrange a very specific time. V V maybe??
