 Isis 3BB
nearly whipped, feel sick

I have had my Isis for exactly six months. I used to feel smart, but now I feel like crying. I recently found this forum, I did not read the spoilers and I've tried very hard to NOT read anything like a solution.

My question is this: I have whacked my Isis many times. I am no longer sure that I have released the ball bearing. Is there a way to be sure that I have not broken it? Is there a way to be sure that I can release the ball bearing?

Please do not give me any help beyond this problem, I want to do it myself. I am just afraid that I may be obsessing over a broken puzzle.

It would be very hard to break your puzzle, so I don't think that you did. There is no real way to tell if the 3rd bb is released except for listening very carefully, but there are two other bbs in there so it will be hard to hear.

 Isis
Broken?

Thank you Mecon, I guess I'm back to work at it. Good to know it's most likely in working order. Thanks for the direct answer.

If you have registered your ISIS on the website (www.isisadventure.co.uk) then you will be able to download the booklet with the clues from there. If you haven't then you should do!

Yes though if you can solve the riddles you must be a genius. I've given up Crying or Very sad

After I unpacked the ISIS and twisted the blue circles just for fun this gap was generated. Is this gap part of the solution or have I damaged my ISIS?

That's odd, it did that without you fiddling with it first? No damage has been done. You get a big headstart, assuming you don't mess it up.

ISIS I
gap

fali, Your ISIS sure looks like the two halves are unscrewed somewhat. Either...you did it while moving the blue rings or it was not assembled correctly from sonicwarp. It is possible a third ball may NOT be releaseable, depending on whether the halves are aligned or 180* out of alignment.
