 		I've dropped it, kicked it then attacked it with a baseball bat and the placments still havnt moved. I've been messing about with it so long i dont know if i HAVE got to the 3rd ball brearing or not.

TNT is the next step i think.

i wish i could open it...
so then, i could put it back together...
with a note on a piece of card saying: 'i love you'...
then give it to my grandad as a present...

Nope. Still stuck with the placentas 1cm apart and no ball bearings moving Confused . I reckon I've gone beyond that point, since I had all THREE ball bearings rattling.

I can hear what I think is the key rattling around inside it. Is this possible?

A big thanks to the guy who posted xrays and the guy who posted it split with the ring off as i realised pretty quick after what the rings do. or dont. anyway im baffled as i can see the 3rd ball in the xray but i find it really strange that to release it you do clue 11. it,s not something a owner would have ever have considered without this forum so therefore it would have been completly impossible to open. has any one ever got the third ball into play without doing clue 11? if not i think it,s a bit of a scam by the makers. and how exactly do you do clue 11 as i dont want to break it. love the isis and all the forum advice. all mine does is make 1 ball noises and no noises when i turn it plunger side down. oh well.

there are 2 known ways of opening the isis i open mine without releasing the third ball, get the isis hold upside down (plunger down) let the balls go silent then twist anti clockwise the top half it then SHOULD make it move the 1 cm.

 		it SHOULD open,lol. I did try that last night but still nothing. If it doesnt work tonight im hitting it agian with the bat.....and where's the x-rays, i didnt see any x-rays

 		thanks marie. did it and it unlocked. few seconds later missus walked in and i quickly relocked it to suprise her. she wasnt surprised as it would not unlock again. twists slightley and ball can still be heard a little but wont then twist back strangeee but thanks it worked once yey

 		actually what i meant to say is twisted it and then shook it a bit then ball stopped moving then twisted all the way back and open. now i can twist but cant silence the ball. when i twist back it goes only back to starting point not beyond. and to the guy with the bat. my clue is this try the twist again. it,s hard to twist hope that helps

not always true
The method mentioned by maria + dane will not open my isis.

I openend it another way, I know what is inside, how it works
it can't possibly open with this method.

 		Nope it's still locked hun and guest...how can you puch the plunger in with that much force, turn it the right way up AND twist it?

 		thanks tvg but clearly you dont know what your saying. no offence. when i opened it using her way i saw the inside and if you have opened it you will know im telling the truth. in the bottom half next to the key is a blue disc with a raised pin. there is a hole with what looks like a ball inside. in the other half is a round silver plate with a hole on the outer edge of the plate. on either side of the metal plate is two small angled plates. despite seeing the inside i still cant get any further than twisting it one way and locking the ball in somewhere. wish i had left it open oh well

yep, you are right,

it is possible, because through some other maneuver you made the "locking mechanism" stick in "open" position.

this is possible

I meant to say that ONLY doing what they said is not sufficient.
so do not despair if that does not open the ISIS
