It is stiff to do but mine just snapped back with a bit of force. Try using rubber gloves for grip?

Does anyone know where the gold coins are left? Bristol is my nearest one but the clue is solid in comparison with some of the easy london ones.

ball
amny different ways it seems

Mine also became stuck at times and did require a lot of force to realign the placentas, however i managed to sort mine whilst the placentas were apart so it must work either way. just open a can of whoopass on it

how do i get the plunger to only depress slightly, as i got 3 balls and can rotate the gold rings so the 2 symbols on the gold ring can either be aligned or seperate but have never been able to press the plunger half way or turn the rings clockwise

WHY???

Why is anybody willing to spend £99 on a ball that is supposed to be the most diifult puzzle but clearly is not by the number of people who have opened it?
Then when you open it, if you are lucky, you may spend hundreds more ££££'s to find a pyramid which will give you a coin worth £20 if the gold coin has gone, which it has in most pyramids!
You would be better off with a good book & a cup of hot chocolate! Confused

Yeh well i was given mine as a gift. You obviously havent got 'the bug', but even if you havent, admire its beauty, its an ornament for those who cant open it....

I have finally worked out why all these people cant solve the isis.
i looked in my isis email folder where i keep the emails from the people i have helped. the emails end with "plz post on the forum that i helped so i can help others". now i look on the forum and the nice people have done as they said they would. AND THE RESPONSE? people still posts requests for help??? cant say exactly what i think about these people as i might get blocked. This forum is great and helped me to begin with. i just cant understand why if people cant work it out from reading the forum they dont just ask the people who state they will help.
oh well cant help all the people all the time.
as to spending £100 quid on it i have to say it possibly is the most difficult puzzle ive seen and the reason lots are opening it is because they are being helped. forget the gold coin prize i have a stunning puzzle that will last for years and will probably be passed on when i die as it looks and feels great
isis two cant wait.
jason.

sorry to hear you are still stuck kenco. with all the info you now have it sounds like you might have a duff isis?.
no insult intended to you i was only saying i disliked people who dont read the thread or dont ask for help from those who offer it. of course with your situation i would sugest you contact the makers as you know how to open it but it still wont open. if you dont fully know as i havent explained it well enough then please email me again with a description of how far you are and what problems your having. is third ball free or not?

i think i might reopen it then release 3rd ball and alter isis to stop the 3rd ball situation happening again. sticky tape anyone?
