Since I formerly worked in a copyshop, my first thought was Astrobrights! Very Happy

Plasma Pink, I'd say, though it's hard to tell for sure from the photos. Mentioned this in case the choice of paper is important.

I have no vote over whether to open them or not. I'm more interested in knowing who's supposed to inform you to open them.

I'd say, don't open them.. if what I think is true, I used to know the guy who is sending these, who had this idea to launch his ARG.... hopefully I'm right, or else, I fear for your life Smile

Now that I think about it, I change my vote to keep 'em sealed until instructed. Might be interesting to see how it goes. That said, do you recognize the handwriting from any previous games? I know it's a bit unlikely, but I figure it's worth a shot.
