 		It seems like it is a simple substitution cipher, but I can't be sure. There are, by my count, six strips missing, making decryption annoying. I'm working with the following transcription

but I'm sure it's wrong in places. The missing strips make both figuring out word divisions and the right letters a nightmare.

Ben said in an email this morning that his Dad is getting suspicious so Ben made it private. Unfortunately, HHR hasn't added anyone as a contact yet. Here is the best view I captured last night.

Maybe one of you guys can suggest that Ben sign-up for his own flickr account, one his dad doesn't know about. That way he can post any of his findings without dad becoming suspicious.

(and i believe there are 2 consecutive strips missing between the G and I (bottom alphabet) which threw me off for quite awhile) the dashes below are missing/unclear letters, underscores are letters where the double missing strips would be...

not 100% but i believe the message is: the trail to the white roses runs through san francisco find white rose number 3 at peace mail

the peacemail could be peacemail.com or peacemail.org

if ben posts the additional strips that he found, it'll solidify the solve a bit more

 		If you google peacemail.com you find yourself at the care2 website. A quick search for Timothy Mann, and you get his profile.

I tried seaching for the name white rose, found a couple of people that didn't seem to fit, but searching for rose white, I found this. Her location doesn't seem to fit, but check out the simple url in the upper right hand corner. I sent her a message asking if she was a sammeeeee.

 		Hey all,

99% lurker, but I live in SF and could probably get myself down that way in the next day or two. One caveat is that I am ARGtech challenged (no camera other than the one in my phone and nary a scanner to be had) so I may not be able to provide good enough images of what I get. But if nobody else around SF can make it I'm happy to be any port in a storm:)
