Whoops, probably should have read those a little more carefully. Well I think the info I gave about Greek myth may still come in useful in the future as more Greek connections come up. It took me a while to figure out why the stories never seemed to match up exactly, so I was hoping I could help others get past that confusion a little more quickly.

And about the accounts, I think the first one in which Atlas is a Titan is from Hesiod's Theogony and the second one is from Plato's works. Given the bust on Plato on the website I'd say that the latter may be the one that's more pertainent to Ny Takma. But then I imagine it wouldn't be all that unconventional for any refrences to Greek myth to draw from several different accounts, even if the accounts are from larger traditions that contradict in places. I figured I'd throw it out there.

I'm itching for new puzzles so much, I just can't manage to pull myself away from the boards. I figured since I'm checking for new posts every ten seconds I minus well post something that may be somewhat useful.

EDIT: Hmm... after reading Caterpillar's new post I guess Yshk has sort of made my point about which tradition is more valid sort of a moot point.

I guess that would rule out that the larimar stone is stegged? (although stegdetect gives posirtive even at low sensitivity values)

Maybe it's a recent development.
Or maybe Bryan's the one the Lucia's Coast poem talks about. In fact, looking at the poem, "Trapped" "drowned" and "lonely" all show up in there.
