ARGN Netcast Ep. 2

The ARGN staff has just put up episode 2 of the ARG netcast. You can find it here: http://www.argn.com/archive/000480arg_netcast_episode_2.php or you can subscribe via iTunes here: http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=203165053

I'm pimping, not only because I got a shout-out, but because I'm Jon, Brooke, and Sean's #1 fan. </fanboy>

Enjoy!

If you spent more than a few minutes in a port-o-potty for non-"business" related issues, then I'd say you deserve any shout-outs you get.

I have a couple comments about #2:

1. Where can i get #1? iTunes only gives me #2! (oh well. At least i have #3 to look forewards to)
2. I like how it sounds. I mean, the sound quality is good, and i think the length of #2 is just about perfect! (Keep in mind, i've never heard any other podcast ever, but it's still awesome!)
3. That music pwns. Especially the opening music, it's pretty much perfect!
4. I love the puzzle of the week segment, and i'd love to hear some other re-occuring segments, even if they didn't appear every week. My only idea would be a "ARGs of days gone by" segment that would give a little explanation of an old ARG, such as a quick, 1 min summary of the plot, plus anything special about it. This, i think, would be especially helpful for those of us who are fairly new, and don't konw much about the old ARGs (For example, the extent of my knowledge of Metacortex is that it is related to the Matrix universe.). Plus, then we wouldn't have to keep bugging people in chat for summaries, and we wouldn't have to spend time researching games when we could be playing them! It's just an idea.
5. I love iTunes. It lets me download podcasts, pause mid-download, go offline, and start up again later (i have dial-up, so being online for long periods of time is a concern)
6. All in all, great job guys!

[EDIT]7. I think you guys were a little hard on the PM of the 4400 game. Now, i don't know anything about this game beyond what was said in the netcast, but as i understand it, the majority of your berating of the pm resulted because of a unconfirmed comment from a random person saying that the pm had abandoned one game to work on another. Now, even if this is true, it is possible that he/she had time to do two games, but something else in life intruded in, and he/she had to make a choice of which game to continue. Yes, he/she could probably come up with a better way of ending things, but you guys were running him/her a little hard, in my opinion.
