ok, I'm kind of excited because this is my first time playing any kind of...or maybe...ARG. So, I wrote to her, and this is what I got back:
I read through the rules, and I don't know if this should be a spoiler? It's not the answer to a puzzle or anything like that...

Well, that's possibly some good info for a first post. (welcome btw).
I've had 9 emails from her so far and she's not mentioned anything about that company ( )...she has a habit of googling the emailer -- I take it you've no connection to this company at all?
I be kinda surprised if she revealed anything too major ahead of the online chat.

Nope, I even just googled myself with first and last name and didn't come across anything.
Maybe y'all can ask her during the chat. *sigh* I won't be around for that.

YAWN...
Miss Corinn has become not just a bore, but annoying as well. I have had many exchanges with her and only encrypted two and together they were both game related. She coulda just ignored them, but what annoys me is her "You are not funny. Stop it!" attitude.

Agreed. I expect I will be getting off this bus at the next stop (if not jumping off sooner).

phoenixfire corp.? I have only heard of the PhoenixFire Corporation via the recent post from Alia, but I decided to see if its mention would mean anything to Miss Corinn. She responded with a fairly confusing answer:
my question:
Miss Corinn, can you tell me anything about the PhoenixFire
Corporation? I think that there is some link between them and myself.
Please, show me a sign.
her answer:
Mr. ********, Miss Corinn would agree that you have a link to the PhoenixFire Corporation. You email Miss Corinn, after all!

Now we getting somewhere! Miss Corinn very glad someone ask her about PhoenixFire. Since you ask, Miss Corinn shall tell.
PhoenixFire is a company dedicated to promoting acceptance of the metaphysical world in the midst of the skepticism that runs rampant in society today. What you need to know about them is that they are the good ones. Their critics are evil, evil people.

I just asked:
Are you working for the PhoenixFire Corporation? Do you run it? What
is their website? Also, I wanted to send in a job application to
PhoenixFire; can you tell me their address?
and she replied:
Patience, patience ******! Miss Corinn think it very funny that you so excited about the PhoenixFire Corporation. Let's see how much she allowed to tell you... She is not in charge of the PhoenixFire Corporation, and under her contract she is not allowed to give you a link to their website. She apologizes profusely. Miss Corinn think they are not hiring at the moment now anyway.
Thank you for your email and have a good day! Perhaps Miss Corinn see you in the chat later.

Alia, your friends... are they skeptical about what Miss Corinn does? Psychic things? Tarot? Just tell them to send Miss Corinn an email and she change their mind.
Under contract, Miss Corinn be not allowed to reveal to you much more about the PhoenixFire Corporation. She cannot tell you their website. All will be revealed in good time, though, her spirit guides assure her (and you.) The evil people be not coming after you... they want Miss Corinn to stop doing what she does. Do not listen to them, for they tell lies.
Thank you for your email and Miss Corinn hope to see you in the chat later!

PS. You be not selfish! Miss Corinn live to give answers. Don't worry about askin her anythin, ever!

I have to admit that I have some friends who are very very skeptical. Does PhoenixFire have a website or something where I could find some information to give to my friends? Are you part of this organization, or do you just know about them?
I have always found what you do to be very interesting and I'm so glad I found your website because you really seem to know what you are talking about. You have such good testimonials.
Ok, and to ask, selfishly, for another answer from you, do I need to be worried about the evil people coming after me?
Thanks!

http://phoenixfire.theshoppe.com is a metaphysical shop in the Poconos, and Frank just moved to the Pocono region. But, I'm not sure if that's a coincidence or part of the game.

I agree and the picture on the home page is particularly strange.
Also, I couldn't find the company registered on any business directories and with it being where Frank has just moved it seems too much to be coincidence...but I've been wrong before...
Edit: I just found two pagan supply sites which link to the PhoenixFire website...1 and 2 . Maybe it's more legit than I thought.

I did note that the shopping cart doesn't work for any item which is going to make it difficult to sell anything on the site. Having said that, the book Halloween can be found on Amazon for $2.59 less than the Phoenix Fire shop sells it for.
I don't know if it's relevant or not, but the author of the book is Silver Ravenwolf and the Amazon excerpt says that she is from Pennsylvania where Frank Dawes recently moved. There is also a chapter of the book specifically entitled 'A Tour of Colonial Pennsylvania'.
