It's called a 'named anchor.' Many times web developers will use a blank anchor name in an HREF hyperlink in order to call out some javascript code or something...in which case the "#" alone is just a placeholder to make the hyperlink work.

 		i tried converting all the numbers to 11 b 2 binary
and 3 base 10 but when i convert the binary to text all i get is jibberish
unless its some kind of new code
i also tried using these numbers as area code and phoen number to no avail and as an ip address anyone got any ideas ?

i don't even know if im on the right track im just thinking theres that one clue still out there that didn't seem to got to anything yet
when is 1 and 1 =3
