Basically, enough people reported him and he got removed. Enough people didn't get it was fake, or thought it disturbing that someone would even make a fake thing like this. you tube has always had the policy of doing this. no secret. It is a shame he didn't just use personal webspace from the start - but then, how would it have been found?

I think he is really taking it to personal and without reguard as to what the full situation was. As for ads for the SAW movies... You tube played the same ads that were allowed on tv, however the humanpet stuff would not have been. there you have it in a nutshell.

he has a point behind the Cen. this countrys about freedom of speech let him think what he wants. mayby he'll just get caught doing it. "IF" it was real anyway. but on the most part i dont belive that this is full on real. maybe partly otherwise it'd probebly be all over the news if it were. well thats all i have to say bout this.

I will say this once and only once, youtube had every right within their TOS to delete videos that were reported as offensive. I did not say he did not have a right to be offended, i simply said it was unfortunate he took it so personally. People like this just bug me, they break a TOS, they get offended, claim censorship or that people "just don't get it", and then get big headed about it. He got kicked off youtube - now he is on blogspot, which also has a TOS which will kick him off eventually if he gets noticed. So then he will get upset at them, try to make others upset and throw fits as well... THEN he will get his own website. Wouldn't it have been easier to do that in the first place? Well, yes... but then where would the controversy be? How would he get exposure if not because people suddenly want to see "the thing that was so bad it got kicked off....."

Either he wants to make a big deal out of it tomakemore people interested {think about it, banned books or movies are sometimes the biggest sellers JUST because people "want to know"} - or he could honestly just not get how he broke TOS and got kicked.

And really, it doesn't matter if we agree or disagree with TOS of a website, by joining it he signed the contract saying he agreed to it. simply put, it should really be between him and youtube.
