Oh my god oh my god. Feel free to shoot me in the foot if this is totally off, but--

I think I figured something out. Maybe. Or I have a good idea. Either or.

I was rewatching Still Life and Death, and I was trying to think about what link the hippies had in all of this. At the part where they showed the last supper, I thought to myself: why is 13 so important?

13 is the number of disciples plus Jesus...

But thirteen is also the number of people who make up the typical Wiccan coven. I wanted to smack myself for not realizing that, studying the religion and all.

It might work into why he showed the hippies and everything; Witches are often portrayed as free spirits and stuff, but people also seem to believe that witches have a lot of like... free-love type ways to them, that their rituals and stuff are highly sexual in nature, that they go around naked all the time or for all of their rituals, etc.

According to his portfolio, there were other victims, no?

Now that I've gotten this all typed out, it feels so wrong somehow... but hell, it's something at least.

Well thats not a good sign....maybe Ill wait till thursday to try to figure it out ..I'm off that day...lol... I bet you have to use whatever program uses .tar format as its prime format to get it to unzip properly. I guess I'll look into it when I have more time...like Thursday...lol

Humm his victims have only been eight or nine so far as Eric is still alive ...If we consider Sue is dead and not in the resume he is at nine kills... But he hasn't shown Eric alive since the first of january... so his kill count could be 10.... He's still at least 3 kills from 13. as for why he chose 13 ..yea the desiples could be it or as you thought wiccan... maybe Its both, he supports 13 because of the desiples and hes using it becuse Eric is a wiccan???... I guess we will have to wait for the big update.... which I thought was going to be last weekend..lol

I've install the outguess software i can explain how if anybody intrested... ok the paris5.jpg has a mensage on it... it was hide with an old program called JPHIDE but I cant read it cos i dont have the pass (ive tried a lot of them but i cant... so i guess ill try to do a brute force attack)
Ill let u know if I find smth

I downloaded stegdetect from the OutGuess site... this is what it said:

They don't have exif info, either.

Ok after 10275000 passwords tried... no one found...

so i guess the pic didnt had anything...

i installed stegdetect... binary for windows... the other we cant install because are meant for linux. I guess u can install it somehow anyway but i dont know how.

the K of diamonds has nothing either...

Anyway if anyone can and wants to try passwords on the pics (because they may still have info on and cannot be detected) should download the JPHIDE/SEEK

You should learn how to compile programs on linux... I think there is a compiler on the program web page but im not much of a linux expert so i cant tell you much.

Btw I have tried with another Steg detection program and none of the jpg's seems to have info on them... i guess this is a dead end...

I got a positive on 5 also...I can't figure out how to use the brute force program yet. also the bruteforce program only uses single words from a dictionary. the answer can be several words and can contain spaces ... Also there was another code on that page we didn't figure out I bet it's the password the letters that are caps on that page that should not be is A S H T H H T M E I W E T E O E R R. the only problem is that there are like 400 anagrams that it could be the right answer. I bet the codemaster is disappointed because we missed like half of his clues cus most of us were noobs when this started... But we are getting better at this stuff we will be codemasters before this is over...lol
